The HEFC walkathon is a fun opportunity to join with neighbours for a short walk to raise awareness and funds for HEFC.

Heron Emergency Food Centre, a member agency of the Ottawa Food Bank, annually provides emergency food to over 20,000 people community in South East Ottawa each year.
